Working closely with a range of people from Store Directors to Personnel Managers, you’ll play a key role in both identifying and then developing existing talent from our stores. You’ll need to utilise the full breadth of your HR knowledge as you’ll get actively involved in everything from coaching and training to retention and disciplinary matters. Covering a wide geographical area, you’ll grasp the autonomy you’re given, whilst driving through continuous improvement and providing first class advice to enable the development of our in-store teams.
