When it's open: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Saldana's office offers evening and Saturday appointments. After hours, a State Farm service handles questions or calls about claims.

Who he is: Saldana, 38, of Riverside, grew up in Hemet and graduated from UC Riverside. He is a board member of the Magnolia Division of the Greater Riverside Chambers of Commerce. His wife is Toni, a schoolteacher, and they have two daughters, Alyssa, 7, and Angela, 5.

What's next: "We continue to grow in all product lines," Saldana said. "We've had tremendous growth in our commercial insurance and retirement planning. We continue to gain customers by offering personal service. Everyone has different needs; therefore, your insurance and financial plans should reflect this."
