were dispatched to 1-800-flowers at 2111 N. Florida in reference to a bomb threat. The business was evacuated and searched for explosive devices. None were found. Investigation continues.

Fiado Aliimatafitafi, 46, of 602 S. Florida, was issued a non-traffic citation for battery against a household member, assault against a household member and criminal damage to property. She allegedly struck her adult son and threw a wooden chair at him during an argument. The chair hit the son's vehicle causing damage. She is scheduled to appear in Magistrate Court.

An unnamed juvenile was referred to JPPO for battery after he allegedly battered another child on the way home from school. He was released to a parent.

A man reported unknown subjects shattered the front passenger side window of his SUV sometime between Sept. 20 and Sept. 22, while it was parked in the 1700 block of Park. No suspects have developed.

Larry Lueras, 46, of 704 Ridgecrest, was arrested following the investigation of a criminal trespass at a different address. He is charged with possession of a controlled substance, oxycondone. He was incarcerated in lieu of bond.

Adrian Mancha, 20, of 850 Holly Drive, Las Cruces, was arrested for minor allowing self to be served following the investigation of a domestic disturbance at the 600 block of Puerto Rico. He was incarcerated in lieu of bond.

Steven G. Herrera, 28, of 601 Puerto Rico, was arrested following the investigation of a domestic disturbance. He is charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and giving or selling alcohol to a minor. He was jailed in lieu of bond.

Joshua Lanear, 28, of 152 Dog Ranch, La Luz, was arrested following an investigation of suspicious persons at a business at the 1300 block of Highway 70 on a warrant for failure to pay fines or costs. He was jailed in lieu of bond.

Shirley Saccoccia, 28, of 713 Montwood, was arrested following the investigation of a one-vehicle crash at the 800 block of South Florida. She is charged with reckless driving, first offense aggravated DWI, driving while license suspended, no insurance, failure to give immediate notice of an accident, drinking in public, battery against a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest. She was incarcerated in lieu of bond.

A man reported a residential burglary at his home in the 1100 block of Post. He stated unknown persons entered his residence and removed jewelry and fireworks some time between 10:30 p.m. and 11:30 p.m.. Suspects have been developed and investigation continues.
