Frank S. Vellucci, age 34, New York office, Corporate: Mr. Vellucci has extensive experience with corporate partnering in the life sciences field. He regularly assists life sciences companies with licenses, joint ventures, asset and stock acquisitions, technology transfer arrangements, R&D and commercialization collaborations, and strategic alliances. Mr. Vellucci also has experience in a broad range of securities law matters, including public debt and equity offerings, private placements of common stock, preferred stock, debt, convertible debt and PIPE (private investments in public entities) financings. In addition, Mr. Vellucci is involved in a variety of general corporate matters, including corporate governance, disclosure and compliance obligations under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and working with high net worth individuals in connection with their closely held international operations.
Robin Mizrahi, age 38, London office, Project Finance: Mr. Mizrahi has extensive experience working on project finance transactions and privatizations in the energy and infrastructure sectors. He has advised lenders, developers and investors in connection with the development and financing of power, oil and gas, transportation, mining and industrial projects, as well as acquisitions and privatizations in the energy sector in Africa and the Middle East, Eastern Europe and the CIS, Latin America, the United Kingdom and the United States. Mr. Mizrahi also advises clients on antitrust matters in relation with merger and acquisition transactions.
Mr. Mizrahi graduated from the Universite Libre de Bruxelles with a Licence en Droit with distinction in 1992, and received an LL.M. from the London School of Economics in 1993.
Ayse Yuksel, age 36, London and New York offices, Corporate: Ms. Yuksel has extensive experience in a range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, privatizations, joint ventures, private equity investments and financing transactions. Ms. Yuksel regularly represents U.S. and non-U.S. clients in international transactions, specifically in the Middle East and Turkey. She also has significant experience representing non-U.S. issuers in Rule 144A/Regulation S securities offerings. Her recent practice has focused on the telecommunications and media sectors.
Ms. Yuksel has been a partner in the London office of Chadbourne & Parke (a multinational partnership) since 2004. She divides her time between the London office and the New York office.
Igor Muszynski, age 38, Warsaw office, Energy and Infrastructure: Mr. Muszynski is an international expert in legal regulations of infrastructure energy projects. He has advised Polish and foreign energy companies, local governments and customers of electrical energy and fuels. He specializes in regulatory issues and in providing advice in connection with project finance and privatization. Mr. Muszynski also has advised the Ministry of Industry and Trade on the restructuring and liberalization of the Polish energy sector and was involved in the process of conforming Polish energy law to EU standards.
Mr. Muszynski is currently Chairman of the Court of Arbitration at the Warsaw Power Exchange, and is recognized as one of Poland's top energy attorneys by Chambers Global -- The World's Leading Lawyers (2006).
Konstantin O. Konstantinov, age 36, Moscow and St. Petersburg offices, Russia & CIS: Mr. Konstantinov is admitted to practice in New York and Russia, where he is an advocate. His practice focuses on international commercial and financial matters, including project finance, securities regulation, secured finance, debt restructuring and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Konstantinov's work has included representing mezzanine lenders in securitization transactions originated by Russian banks. He has advised security providers in connection with secured bond issuances, including sub-sovereign domestic bonds.
